Rankin D&D were appointed by EC1 Build as subcontractor to undertake the complete strip out back to core of a 4-storey office building, previously occupied by a well known fashion brand, in preparation for the subsequent refit by EC1 Build for their new clothing retailer client.

On behalf of our new client, Chartwell Construction, we were appointed as principal contractor to undertake the full demolition of an existing site in preparation for the construction of new residential housing. 

Rankin D&D were appointed by Stockdale LLP on behalf of Berry Bros. & Rudd, the oldest wine merchants in London, to act as principal contractor for the internal strip out of a 3-storey retail unit on the corner of Pall Mall & St James’s Street

Rankin D&D were appointed by our regular client, Oracle Solutions, to act as subcontractor to complete the hand demolition of a small outbuilding currently used to house a live actuator, which controls the flow of live water beneath, within a water treatment works serving the Suffolk area. The main challenge for this project was ensuring the safe deconstruction of the structure without resulting in any damage to the actuator and without the live water beneath the building being contaminated in any way. By using temporary works to protect the actuator and additional protection measures to safeguard the live water we were able to deliver the deconstruction works without any disruption to the water supply within the agreed programme period.

Rankin D&D were appointed by Camford Construction Management on behalf of Aldi to act as subcontractor to undertake the complete internal demolition back to core of a redundant Argos store situated within a large retail park in East London.
